Conditions of participation – competition
1. Organizer
The organizer of this competition is TrolMaster EU SRL, S.S. Cassia Nord KM 88.200, 01100 Viterbo, Italy, marketing@trolmaster.eu, hereinafter referred to as “the organizer”.

2. eligibility to participate
Participation is open to all natural persons who have reached the age of 18 and are physically present at the Mary Jane Fair as visitors. Employees of the organizer, their immediate family members and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or implementation of the competition are excluded from participation.

3. participation period
The competition begins on June 14, 2025 and ends on June 22, 2025 (Central European Time – CET). Entries outside this period will not be considered.

4. participation
Participation is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods or services. Each participant may only take part once. Participants who enter more than once will be automatically excluded from the competition.

5. entry procedure
To enter, the entry form on the organizer’s website must be completed in full during the entry period.

6. win
The first prize is a PlayStation 5 Pro with two white DualSense controllers. The second prize is a Tent-X (TCS-1) Basic Starter Set.
The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash. The organizer reserves the right to replace prizes with equivalent alternatives if necessary.

7. winner determination and notification
The winner will be determined by random draw on June 24, 2025 after the end of the entry period from among the eligible entries with the highest number of points and notified by email. If no response is received within 3 days, a new winner will be chosen.

8. publication of the winners
The winner’s name will only be published with their express consent.

9. data protection
By participating in the competition, you agree to the collection and processing of your personal data (name and e-mail address) exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition, contacting the winners and delivering the prizes. Your data will be stored securely and will not be used for marketing purposes unless you have expressly consented to this. 10. liability
The organizer is not liable for damages resulting from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize, unless these are due to intent or gross negligence.

11. applicable law
These conditions of participation are subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.
